Item One: Emily is feeling much better. She is playing with Shilo, going for walks and bugging us to play ball. Our goal is to keep her as quiet as possible but she makes that hard to do with her need for activity.
Item Two: I did get a ride in Monday -- 16 miles with increased average speed despite a strong head wind. That of course does mean I had a great tail wind from time to time as well. Felt schpänky to ride fast and fluid.
Item Three: The newest rendition of the '08 Team R2R jersey
Lastly: Looking forward to another Captiva Coffee Cruise with Spenghali Saturday. Always a pleasure to ride with the Team!

Greetings from "Narth Cacalackey". It took us 13 hours to return from FL (in a plane!)... Enough time for 2.8 centuries or 17.3 Captiva Coffee Cruises! ... or one hour less than driving the entire frigg'n way!
Definitely want to get the legs moving again soon to move past the jet-lag-leg.
Spring 2008 Captiva Coffee Cruise went off without a hitch (I didn't even fall down this time in the road construction!). Great to see Le Petite Chevre in action. (PC - please post your pix of the last event so the fans can share the flava o de islands. I did send you the pix, didn't I?
The '08 Team R2R jersey design looks great ... PC's skill set for apparel design continues to ramp up for the real deal.
Cheers and gears,
Spengahli
