As I sit at my desk sipping hours old Folders Drip Grind, I hope my BiS team members will think of and toast us shakled to the office with a good coffee (or Belgian ale) after riding the NC coast. Enjoy the beverages, the riding and the time away from the cubicle.
See you at the finish.

Hey bro...we did hit the road (NC-12) around 8 this morning and cranked while alternating down past Duck. (avg. ~ 21 mph) Crosswinds and headwinds had nothing on us. To top off, we stopped @ Tullio's to pick up some 'Food Channel' famous cinnamon buns. In Dave Stoler fashion, we ordered Espresso and toasted our missing bro.
In preparation for the ride this morning, we started with a few nice Belgians on the beach while discussing future design possibilities. Kevin had a great suggestion of incorporating the 'iron cross' inside a crank complete with cutouts. The logo could be on the crank arm. This could be the icon for branding...
more ideas to come, but will need more Belgians or Heinis to facilitate.
To cap off the ride, we had some 'Green Goddess' smoothies complete with Hawaiian Spirulina upon our return.
Any updates on the jerseys?
