Hi Guys,
In talking to my bike shop "counselor" today he recommended changing to a 10 speed cassette since I am making the other changes. Looking around on ebay I found tons but many in differerent configurations 12-27 to 11-23, etc. Do you have any advice, knowledge on the subject?
Hotter 'n hell here today. Planning a long ride tomorrow.

I am going to have to defer to KPS on this one. He is much more techically savvy than me about this stuff. I just get on and ride.
I would suggest since you are a high cadence guy that you think about a 25 rear derailer. Lance recommends this and he is THE high-cadence guy. This is mentioned in that book I gave Kevin from Michael Barry and his experience with US Postal in 2004.
